Gas prices are up - iCommute can help
As the regional commuter assistance program, iCommute has the tools that can help you save money at the gas pump.

More sand coming to a beach near you
The 2012 Regional Beach Sand Project kicks off this summer, bringing more than a million cubic yards of clean, high quality sand to the region’s eroded shoreline

Outreach effort underway for Southeastern San Diego multi-modal transit station
The first of a series of community meetings was held March 5 to jumpstart the planning for a transit center in Southeastern San Diego that will link the 47th Street Trolley Station with a planned Bus Rapid Transit line along I-805.

Register for Bike to Work 2012 activities
San Diegans will have plenty of opportunities to participate in Bike to Work activities in May, which is National Bike Month. Bike to Work 2012 supports bicycling as a viable, environmentally friendly, cost-saving commute choice.

New segment of Bayshore Bikeway opens
San Diego leaders, bicyclists, and residents came together on March 24, 2012, to celebrate the completion of a new 1.8-mile segment of the Bayshore Bikeway, which will eventually loop 24 miles around San Diego Bay.

Help shape the future of transportation in your community
SANDAG will hold a series of public meetings to discuss updates to the Coordinated Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Plan, which provides a framework for transit system development over the next five years and reflects the goals and direction for service development as described in the Regional Transportation Plan.
