Assists with land acquisition that promotes regional habitat conservation plans.
Identifies strategies that would reduce per capita greenhouse gas emissions from passenger vehicles by between 5-10% by 2020.
An assessment on how to accelerate deployment of alternative fuel vehicles in and around the San Diego region.
Includes engineering studies and the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report to analyze possible approaches to the enhancement of the lagoon.
