San Diego Region Conformity Working Group
The San Diego Region Conformity Working Group provides federal interagency coordination for the transportation/air quality conformity process. The CWG is comprised of staff representatives from SANDAG, the Air Pollution Control District (APCD), Caltrans, the California Air Resources Board (ARB), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).
