Adminstrative Analyst

These positions are often the first point of contact for DBE firms and small businesses interested in SANDAG contracting opportunities. The Coordinators provide heavy administrative office support, maintain and update bench program databases, and coordinate various outreach activities to help educate and encourage enrollment and interest in both A&E and CM and Planning Bench programs. The education and experience requirements include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or at least four years of recent relevant work experience. Associate Information Systems Analyst

The Associate Information Systems Analyst will be instrumental in assisting the Senior Information System Analyst in delivering IT solutions for SANDAG¡¯s business needs. This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, implementing, and troubleshooting servers, networks, cloud services, applications, workstations, and peripheral devices under the guidance of the Senior Information Systems Analyst. Contracts and Procurement Analyst

Contract Analysts concurrently support numerous procurements at various stages of development, the ability to work cooperatively with project managers and vendors and meet deadlines is integral to the role. These positions will support various types of technology-based contracts including dynamic charging lanes for electric vehicles, broadband projects to address the digital divide, geographic imaging and modeling services, toll road systems, software and hardware, and systems used by law enforcement agencies. Grants Program Analyst

The Grants Program Analyst will perform administrative, monitoring, and reporting functions to support the Access for All Grant Program. Responsibilities include coordinating calls for projects and the approval of grant agreements, serving as a liaison with grantees, monitoring project progress and fiscal compliance with grant terms, preparing reports, monitoring project budgets, and documenting and processing invoices.
