The Complete Corridors vision combines infrastructure improvements and advanced technology to provide communities surrounding major highways with more travel options. They are designed with their communities in mind—monitoring how roads are used in real time and using that data to create safe space for everyone.
SANDAG is planning a network of Complete Corridors. The proposed network would leverage the Next OS and incorporate new transportation options like the adopted regional bike network, Flexible Fleets, and Transit Leap services. By implementing this vision, we seek to make both commercial and personal transportation more sustainable for our communities.
