Federal Transit Administration Triennial DBE Goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2025-2027

The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) has prepared its draft proposed overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g) for the triennial period between October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2027. The DBE overall goal of 12% represents the percentage of work anticipated to be performed by certified DBE firms on SANDAG FTA-assisted projects during the triennial period.

The methodology document used to determine the proposed goal will be available for public inspection until June 23, 2024, which is at least thirty (30) days from the date of the original posting on SANDAG’s website.
