Notice of Public Review and Comment - Supplemental Environmental Impact Report

As the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, SANDAG has prepared a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the proposed amendment to the 2021 Regional Plan. The Draft SEIR is open for public comment from July 13, 2023 through August 28, 2023. SANDAG will provide written responses in the Final SEIR to all timely comments received during the public comment period.

To share your feedback on the Draft SEIR:

• Submit a comment using our online form.
• Email comments to: RegionalPlanSEIR@sandag.org with the subject “2021 Regional Plan SEIR.”
