Notice of Public Hearing – Proposed Amendment to 2021 Regional Plan and Supplemental Environmental Impact Report

As the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, SANDAG has prepared a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the Amendment to the 2021 Regional Plan, which analyzes the proposed Amendment's potential impacts on our region's environment.

The SANDAG Board of Directors will consider the SEIR and the proposed Amendment at their meeting on October 13, 2023. The Board will also consider the CEQA Findings of Fact, Statement of Overriding Considerations, and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the SEIR.
